Enjoy summer in the open-air theatre

8 August, 6pm, The Scoop at More London, The Queen's Walk, SE1. No need to book.

Now that the summer has finally arrived, what better way for you and your children to enjoy the weather than with a visit to the open-air theatre?

From today until 9 September, Europe's only free theatre season celebrates its fifth anniversary with the London premiere of Disney's The Jungle Book Kids.

Based on the original tale by Rudyard Kipling, the drama unfolds in the sunken amphitheatre of The Scoop on the south side of the Thames path where free creative arts workshops are also taking place throughout the summer.
