Mills becomes cook for Veggie show

Incredible Veggie Show, Lawrence Hall and Conference Centre, Royal Horticultural Halls, June 30, 10am-5.30pm. £3, free for under 16s. www.viva.org.uk/london

Heather Mills will give a cookery demonstration and offer advice on healthy living at this year's Incredible Veggie Show at the Royal Horticultural Halls on June 30.

The event has been organised by Europe's largest vegetarian campaign group, Viva!, for whom Mills is the patron.

This year's show comes on the back of a successful inaugural event 18 months ago at Wembley Conference Centre, when 5,000 people attended.

A variety of vegetarian-themed activities are taking place for the family day out and include free food tastings, advice on diet and health improvement and a prize draw to win a vegan hamper worth £150.
