Relax with Yoga

The Yoga Show

23-25 November, Olympia, Friday: 11am-5.30pm, Sat/Sun: 10am-6pm

In the modern stressful environment, yoga has become one of the most popular relaxation methods, a pursuit driven by fitness-obsessed celebrities such as Madonna and Geri Halliwell.

This show at Olympia will include workshops on different forms of yoga, pilates, dance and music.

It's never too early to get the kids involved, so the event also has a children's yoga area where all sessions are free of charge.

Over 200 exhibition stands will be on offer to cover the many aspects of yoga, including clothing equipment and training aids.

Friday: £7 (adults), £5 (concs) Sat & Sun: £10 (adults), £8 (concs)
