Vibe: You might feel as though you've entered a kitsch garden party with all the brightly coloured garden furniture and wacky ceilings. Get there before the rush and bag a seat on the swinging chairs, plus the table football is great for flirting or for that competitive colleague. Music kicks off on busier nights, with DJs playing good tunes. This is the downstairs part of Wahaca so the food should not be neglected - get extra guacamole.

Drink: Tequila, as you're in the company of the UK's largest collection. Sip slowly and chase with a 65p Sangrita, or stick to a margarita which comes in all colours and flavours. BarChick loved the hibiscus, passion fruit, and tamarind. Beware the caged bottles, which is the good stuff. The boys will happily talk you through it all but remember, you need to get back up those stairs.

Cash or credit card: With margaritas a steal at just £6, cash is just fine.
