Terence Kealey, vice-chancellor at Buckingham University, compared university classrooms to Stringfellows suggesting that tutors should “admire daily” the curves of female students but always maintain a policy of “look but don't touch”.
We were left wondering, “When I was a student, would I have considered a relationship with a tutor?” I went to the LSE students' union, to find out just how many students would.

NO problem with VC's comment, as long as female tutors can also daily admire the broad shoulders & taut backsides of male students....
And yes, I did have an affair with a male lecturer, in my first year at uni (30 years ago now). And no, I don't regret it..it was fun & didn't last long..

Peace Maker, oh so true, I couldn't have put it better myself. Glad to see there is someone else out there who isn't self posessed, money or sex mad so on and so forth....You will surely take a battering for having given such a frank snippet of 21st century Britain.

That's the professional classes there for you in the survey results. The only one to say no is doing half a degree in a subject that isn't obsessed with money.
