The Arctic Monkeys' I Bet You Look Good on the Dance Floor has been named favourite student anthem of all time.
The Killers' Mr Brightside came second, followed by Kaiser Chiefs' I Predict a Riot.
The poll, of around 200 student DJs, was carried out for the NME Student Guide.
Franz Ferdinand's Take Me Out came fourth, while The Smiths' This Charming Man and Joy Division's Love Will Tear Us Apart also feature in the top
10.
NME student editor Dan Silver said: "It's no surprise that the Arctic Monkeys have taken the top spot - I Bet You Look Good On The Dance
Floor is a worthy winner always guaranteed to pack any Student Union bar with revellers.
