Little Noise Sessions
Union Chapel, N1
The Union Chapel has resumed hosting gigs on condition that everyone plays really quietly - so this charity series is unusually understated. The acoustic shows for Mencap are curated by Jo Whiley, whose sister Frances has a learning disability. Highlights include KT Tunstall (Sun 19), Amy Winehouse (Fri 24) and a rare intimate set from Noel Gallagher (Sun 26).

The Magic Numbers

A mixed response to recent second album Those The Brokes suggest that these cheery Hanwell siblings won't be stepping up to genuinely major status this time around, but there's still much to love in infectious new tunes such as This is a Song and Take a Chance.
