Fidgit
Plan B, SW9
The trend for artists to moonlight as DJs continues as Faithless star Maxi Jazz headlines at this fun, attitude-free urban night: the music he makes may be trancey, but his record collection favours soulful house and funk. Residents J Bold, Tuff Love and Benjamin Money provide a soundtrack of hip hop, R&B and a touch of bashment.

As One Presents Bugged Out
The End, WC1
Hot Chip are rightly revered as recording artists and live entertainers, but they're also building a good reputation as DJs. Under the auspices of the Bugged Out brand, they're taking over The End and its adjoining nightery, AKA, for a full nine hours of electro-flavoured disco. Erol Alkan and Sinden also appear.
(020 7419 9199). Sat 17 Mar, 10pm-7am.
Klub Kerrang!
Koko, NW1
They don't know how to spell, but that's rock 'n roll for you - right kids? Holding a special appeal for young people who hate their parents, the metal magazine's new monthly celebration of guitar punishment offers the chance to rock out in style. Malpractice and Kids In Glasshouse perform live, while the magazine's writers put all those free CDs to good use by throwing on an ear-splitting selection of punk, indie, thrash and death metal.
