The XFM Remix Night
Cargo EC2
Eddy Temple-Morris of XFM hosts this excellent monthly mixture of indie and dance music. Danny McNamara and Slim Jim bring exclusive remixes to the turntables alongside Temple-Morris's eclectic selections. Meanwhile, there's live music from the Shakes, The Girls and Mancini. (020 7739 3440). Tonight, 9pm-3am.
Stir
Heaven, WC2
The organisers of the Glade electronic music festival bring a bit of the atmosphere of the event to London tonight with a bonanza of breaks, trance, world beats and electronica. I'm not sure how you perform psychedelic trance live, but Nano Records artists Tristan and AMD will doubtless unlock this mystery when they take to the stage. Treats in store for breaks fans include Rennie Pilgrem, Deekline and a special appearance from the Ragga Twins. (020 7930 2020). Tonight, 10pm-7am.
2 Feet Deep
The Key, N1
Robert Owens, one of the top names in deep house, brings his musically sophisticated party to The Key for the second time, showcasing classy house from all over Europe. He's helped out by Parisian Pepe Bradock, who'll inject a little hip-hop and reggae flavour into his set, and highly regarded German all-rounder Matthias Vogt. (020 7837 1027). Tonight, 10pm-6am.
Pack Up and Dance
The End, WC1
Andy Cato of Groove Armada presents a cracking night of house under the auspices of the Lovebox brand. Playing the main room alongside Cato is Tim Deluxe, whose Let The Beats Roll track looks set for success. Cato's Groove Armada partner, Tom Finlay, is joined by Rob Da Bank in Room 2 for a more wideranging mash-up of sounds. (020 7419 9199). Sat 21 Apr, 10pm-7am.
Tribal Sessions
Ministry of Sound, SE1
German techno duo Hardfloor headline this oneoff party, bringing a tough, primal sound to the main room. They're joined by stellar line-up of David Duriez, Alex Gopher, and Etienne de Crecy (Super Discount). The massive bar will rock to a gentler, funkier sound, thanks to Ministry veteran Jazzy M and Mistress de Funk. (0870
0600010). Sat 21 Apr, 10pm-7am.
