Victory: Christian Rich was awarded £2m by PricewaterhouseCooper for sexual harrasment
Mrs Rich, 43, said that the macho culture prevented her and other women from rising at the multinational.
She claimed one male partner had forcibly undone her bra and groped her breasts. At another work function she claimed that a colleague had put his hand up her dress.
She also said a partner explained her success with clients by saying: "They're talking to your breasts."
Mrs Rich launched her case after a five-week stay in London to care for her sick mother and subsequently left her job. Her allegations were denied by PwC but the parties settled out of court.
