Amy Winehouse's husband mocks judge

Blake Fielder-Civil wrote to pen pal Melissa Goldstone to say he would get 27 months - the exact sentence handed to him at Snaresbrook crown court yesterday .
The 26-year-old described the trial judge as "an old bastard" and wrote in the same letter: "I was obviously guilty anyway and thought three to four years would be a result! So anyway my Little Lissy, guess what the old b*****d said my maximum was? . . . are you in suspense yet?. . . 27 months! What do you think of that my delicious baby?"
Because of the time Fielder-Civil has spent on remand, he will be eligible for automatic release at Christmas.
Outside court yesterday, Fielder-Civil's mother Georgette said she thought the sentence was harsh.
"We thought he was coming out," she said. Ms Fielder-Civil added that she hoped her son would lead a drug-free life when he came out of prison but added that she did not think Winehouse helped.
"If I'm really really honest, if Blake was away from Amy I have every faith Blake would never go back to drugs."
Winehouse's father Mitch said: "Amy's doing well and had prepared herself for him to stay in prison a few months longer."
Fielder-Civil and Michael Brown, 40, attacked James King, 36, in Hoxton, in June 2006. Aided by two others, they offered Mr King £200,000 to sabotage the trial by flying to Spain.
