The bikers met at the London clubhouse in Dawson Street, East London, before leaving at midday to ride out to Mortlake Crematorium where the service was held at 2pm.
Mr Tobin, 35, from Mottingham, South-East London, was killed on August 12 as he returned from the Bulldog Bash bikers' festival at Long Marston, near Stratford-upon-Avon.
The mechanic was riding his Harley-Davidson in convoy on the M40 with two friends when he was killed with a shot to the back of the head fired from a handgun. A second shot hit his motorcycle.
Mr Tobin was born in Macclesfield, Cheshire, and lived with his family in Congleton before emigrating to Canada when he was two-and-a-half.

Hundreds of bikers rode alongside the coffin of Gerry Tobin
He returned to the UK about ten years ago and worked as a mechanic at a Harley-Davidson dealership, alongside his fiancee Rebecca Smith, 25. After his death, Ms Smith said: 'A hole that can never be filled has been left in the lives and hearts of so many. Gerry was my life.'
Simon Turner, 40, Dane Garside, 41, and Sean Creighton, 43, have all been charged with his murder and Dean Taylor, 45, of Coventry, has been charged with a firearms offence in connection with his death.
Turner, from Nuneaton, and Garside and Creighton, both from Coventry, are also charged jointly with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
They were all remanded in custody by Nuneaton magistrates last month and are due to enter pleas at Birmingham Crown Court on November 26.
