Have the Tories given their logo a traditional blue rinse?
Last updated at 23:52pm on 08.08.07Perhaps it is an olive branch for traditionalists --or just the latest example of blue-sky thinking.
Those present at a Tory press conference couldn't help but notice that the party's logo appears to have undergone a colour change.

From green leaves to blue skies, the Conservatives' oak tree gets a make-over
When it was launched last year, the squiggly image was greeted with snorts of derision from the old guard, who viewed the environmentallyfriendly green oak tree as another break with the past.
But following weeks of grumbling over the party's direction, the logo has been given an image change of its own.
The outline of the oak tree, representing stability and strength, remains the same. But the green has been replaced with dark blue sky, a fluffy white cloud and a glint of sunlight.
The new image had its first outing as a giant backdrop for William Hague as he gave a presentation on the flaws of the new EU Treaty.

The anti-European message, combined with a return to the Conservative's traditional blue hue, comes as Mr Cameron battles to restore his authority following a series of attacks from MPs and donors.
A Conservative party spokesman last night insisted that "nothing had changed" and the logo was always designed to be 'versatile'.
He also dismissed suggestions that it bore similarities to the controversial London Olympics 2012 logo, whose backdrop will also change in the run up to the games.
"I am not sure I would want to compare it to the Olympic logo," he said. "But it is a flexible design that can be used as a shape to display any number of background images.
"For example, for our spring conference, it was adapted to show an image of spring blossom."

I fear that the Tory party may also be in terminal decline. They're too busy fighting amongst themselves over just about anything, to provide convincing opposition or to formulate any good positive reasons to vote for them. Their only hope at present is that GB makes some huge blunders.
