Atilla Ahmet, who has alreay pleaded guilty to soliciting murder, sang the words to the tune of The Banana Boat Song.
His next lines were: "Before the daylight come, you wanna see 10 Downing Street done, Hey Mr Taliban, boom, boom, boom. Come bomb England. Allah willing, it will be done."
Children at the Jameah Islamic school, near Crowborough in Sussex, sang along during his performance, which was recorded on tape.
Ahmet, a former preacher at Finsbury Park Mosque, has pleaded guilty to three counts of soliciting murder in connection with a case now being heard at Woolwich Crown Court.
Mohammed Hamid and four other men are on trial accused of links to a plot to conduct terrorist training camps in the UK. They deny the charges.
Hamid is accused of radicalising the July 21 bombers by brainwashing them on paintballing trips.
The Muslim fanatic shouted "here is your terrorist, I'm here, come and get me" as he drove past a police station on his way back from a terror training camp, the court was told yesterday.
He is said to have shouted the taunts outside the high-security Paddington Green police station in West London, where terror suspects are routinely held for questioning.
At one of Hamid's training camps, someone recorded a video on a mobile phone which showed a member of the group cutting the top off a watermelon - accompanied by loud cheers from the rest of the men.
David Farrell QC, prosecuting, said the scene alluded to an Al Qaeda beheading video.
Footage from the security services showed Hamid training his pupils in warfare at Matley Wood campsite in the New Forest, the jury was told. Hamid himself did not take part because he had a bad back.
One of Hamid's paintballing trips was attended by the July 21 plotters Ramzi Mohammed and Hussain Osman - two weeks before their failed attempt to set off bombs around London.
The prosecution do not claim that Hamid knew about the July 21 bombers' plans. Instead, he is accused of soliciting to murder, providing training for terrorism and other related offences.
The four other men on trial are Mousa Brown, 41, of Walthamstow, North-East London; Kibley da Costa, 24, of West Norwood, South London; Kader Ahmed, 20, of Plaistow, East London; and Mohammed Al Figari, 43, of Tottenham, North London.
All the men deny all the charges.
Under Hamid's instruction, the men were drilled at the training camp, the court was told.
They held sticks as if practising holding a gun, crawled through a swamp and learned how to carry wounded men on their backs.

Accused: Mohammed Hamid is on trial for terror offences
Woolwich Crown Court heard that an undercover police officer known as "Dawood" infiltrated Hamid's group in April 2006.
In June, the officer joined them on a trip to Pondwood Farm in White Waltham, Berkshire.
Mr Farrell said: "It is clear from his account that this was not a mere fun game of paintballing.
"Hamid told them this was not designed to be just running around in the woods having fun. He said the training was in preparation for jihad."
On one camping trip, Dawood overheard Hamid apparently talking about bringing people into the country in return for money.
The court also heard how the police and security services gradually closed the net around Hamid and his associates.
In August 2006, Ahmet told Dawood that Hamid had stopped his Friday prayer meetings because "things were getting a bit hot".
In September, the group convened at their usual meeting place, a Chinese restaurant in Borough, South London.
Hamid and Ahmet went outside to talk and when they returned, Ahmet told the group they had been rumbled by the police.
Moments later, officers burst in and arrested them. A search of their homes uncovered material glorifying suicide bombers and beheadings, the court heard.
