Victoria Beckham: David and the kids come first

Victoria Beckham has told how she wants a brood of children big enough
to fill her dining room table.

The former Spice Girl said she and soccer idol husband David will "definitely" have more - and want "kids running around everywhere". She also tells chat king Michael Parkinson on his BBC1 show to be broadcast tomorrow that the music career she is about to relaunch is just "a hobby".

And Victoria claimed Real Madrid star Becks owes his level of fame to
her. Posh accompanied her England star husband to Buckingham Palace
yesterday to collect his OBE.

She said of the visit: "It was such a lovely day. I was really choked. I
almost cried." And she joked: "I do have one question - why does the Queen have a handbag when she's at home?"

Victoria - who has sons Brooklyn, four, and one-year-old Romeo with
David - said she is hoping for more children.

"I'd love to. We have a fabulous, long dining room table at home, and
we want to fill it. I have visions of me and David when we're older and having kids running around everywhere. We'll definitely have more children.

"We love each other, you have to remember that. It's not about competition. You should see me with a football - there's no competition at all."

But she said he owed part of his fame to her - and vice versa. "I think I wouldn't be as famous if I wasn't with David. And I don't think David would be as famous if he wasn't with me.

"I think we really complement each other. It's all so superficial - at
the end of the day we are going to get old and wrinkly at some point."

And she said their children were under the impression that everyone's parents were famous. "Brooklyn thinks that everybody's mummy is on the television,
everybody's daddy is on the television. He thinks it's pretty regular.

"My sister's little girl goes through Hello! magazine and thinks it's a family album. Brooklyn doesn't see magazines or newspapers. And when photographers
take pictures of him, we just say it's because he's so cute, like his daddy."

Victoria is about to relaunch her singing career by releasing a double A-side single just after Christmas. But she said there would be no problem giving up her music if it is a flop.

"What's great about it now is that I don't feel there is any pressure
on me," said Victoria. "I'm happy with David and the kids, I have a home in Spain. I do music because I enjoy it.

"I don't have to be doing it any more. I do it as a hobby. If things
go great, great. I'm just enjoying myself." She added: "If I stop enjoying it, I'll stop doing it."

Victoria also joked she was able to get by for her new life in Spain
with the basics of the language. "I can say 'Donde Gucci?'. That means 'Where is Gucci?', Michael. "I can say 'Do you have a Bentley?'. All the things you need to know. I'm getting there."

And she dispelled suggestions their marriage was in trouble. "I love David and the boys more than anything in the world. And I think there are a lot of people who don't like that," Victoria said. The show is screened at 9.30pm tomorrow.
