Pink adds fizz to Pepsi ads

Feisty star Pink is to be a new face of Pepsi, it was announced today.
She follows big names such as Britney Spears, Robbie Williams and Beyonce Knowles who have all teamed up with the fizzy drinks firm.

Pink - whose hits include Trouble and Get The Party Started - will front a new drinks campaign, "international!".

She said today: "I'm really excited to be hooking up with Pepsi. It means my fans around the world will be able to get lots more of my music and there will be cool stuff for them to win too."

Karen Goffe, Pepsi UK's head of marketing, said: "Pepsi is passionate about music and as Pink is currently one of the biggest global artists, we are confident that there will be some exciting activity for our customers to look forward to."

Pepsi's arch-rival Coca-Cola recently announced a number of music initiatives, including sponsorship of the singles chart and a music download service.
