Asbo twins have order extended to stop them terrorising city

Charlie and Aaron Brown were made subject to the order in March last year, banning them from causing trouble in specific areas of Portsmouth, Hants.
But the pair managed to get round the terms of the court order by shifting their misbehaviour to areas of the city not covered by the Asbo.
Now Portsmouth magistrate Paul Thompson has added a clause to their Asbo banning them from causing anti-social behaviour in any place.
And he extended the order against the pair for an extra five months until next August.
A Portsmouth City Council spokesman said: "They have looked for every loophole there was and those have now been tightened up and the order extended."
The Asbo bans the pair, who now live with separate parents, from being together outside each other's home and forbids them from entering any shop from which they have been barred.
They are also banned from engaging in conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and banned from associating with 10 listed people apart from under supervision.
