Emma Faraday ambushed the Prime Minister at a glittering reception at London's Natural History Museum, hosted by the disadvantaged children's charity Shine.
But her boss, who was not at the event, is demanding the charity gives him written proof that the kiss happened before he pays up.

10,000 smackers: Mr Brown is kissed on a different occasion
Ms Faraday was with a group of female employees on a table sponsored by their firm at the party, where guests included Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and singer Mick Hucknall.
Before the women had left for the event their boss promised to make the donation if one of them kissed Mr Brown.
As Mr Brown was leaving just before 11pm, Ms Faraday, went up to him, explained the challenge and won the kiss from a smiling Mr Brown, as her colleagues applauded.
But when she arrived at work the next day, it was pointed out that her boss, who was not at the party, had said he would need to see a photograph before he paid up.
And, nine days after the kiss, Shine is still waiting for its money.
Event organiser Bruce Robinson, of Shine, said: "The man has said he is prepared to accept a written statement from us saying the kiss did happen and we are getting that together now.
"We said to him, 'look, we have a number of people who saw it and do you absolutely need it?' He said, 'Well it would be nice to have it.'"
Mr Robinson said he was confident that the man - who did not want to be identified - was not trying to wriggle out of settling the bet.
"He is a nice enough guy and I don't think it is a deal breaker for him.
"He couldn't be there on the night but he bought a table.
"I think he said to some of his women staff, 'I tell you what, if one of you kisses the PM, I'll give £10,000 to the charity, but I'll need a photo.'
"It's not that he doesn't trust her or anything."
The mystery banker will get a letter from Shine chief executive Stephen Shields, who saw the kiss.
He said: "She was with three or four girls and came up to the PM and said her boss would make a big donation if she kissed Mr Brown.
He said, 'Yeah' and she kissed him."
