Bob Kiley's house still for sale - after 15 months and £1.4m price cut

The Georgian townhouse was put up for sale in May last year after Bob Kiley, pictured, left his post and lost his right to live in the grace-andfavour home.
With the property market then almost at its peak, Transport for London was hoping for a substantial profit from the asking price of £4.95million.
But the house failed to sell and in January the price was cut to £4.6 million.
Now it is being marketed by Hamptons for £3.5 million.
The Grade II-listed, partstucco fronted, mid-terrace is in Mozart Terrace, Ebury Street, on the Belgravia/Pimlico border.
It has three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a reception room, drawing room, sitting room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, garage, balcony, gardens and vaults.
TfL said it was "committed to achieving the best price possible".
