Jasmia Robinson was a finalist on television show Britain's Next Top Model
A finalist on TV show Britain's Next Top Model was comforting her boyfriend last night after he was stabbed by an alleged love rival.
Jasmia Robinson's boyfriend David Obanobi, 23, was knifed five times in the back, chest and arm in a frenzied attack in north London.
The attacker is believed to have been obsessed with Jasmia, 21.
He hit out at David after bursting into his mum Gillian Paton's flat in Highgate.
Mrs Paton was also stabbed in the attack.
Jasmia came third in last year's contest on Living TV.
She has been dating David, an IT student, for more than two years.
A source close to the couple said: "She's been having a lot of problems with men since the TV show. David was becoming irritated by it too."
Police arrested a 23-year-old and he has appeared in court charged with grievous bodily harm.
Jasmia was born in Hackney but later moved to north London to pursue a modelling career. She studied for a diploma in theatrical media make-up at college.
After watching America's Next Top Model with friends, Jasmia applied for the British version and has since worked as a model on the catwalk and in photo shoots.
