Briton to fly home today after 20 years on Death Row

Kenny Richey, 43, had hoped to fly home to Edinburgh in time for Christmas, but his December 20 hearing was postponed after he suffered a heart scare.
He was convicted in 1987 for starting a fire that killed his former girlfriend's two yearold daughter. That conviction was overturned in August.
At a hearing today, he is expected to plead no contest to involuntary manslaughter and endangerment of the toddler over the blaze at her home in Columbus Grove, Ohio, in 1985.
They replace the counts of murder and arson for which he was sentenced to death by lethal injection.
He will be sentenced to the 21 years he has already served in prison then released.
