Coach Low's high praise for Lehmann

Jens Lehmann was praised for his display in the 4-0 win over Cyprus by Germany coach Joachim Low.

Goalkeeper Lehmann has lost the No1 slot at Arsenal to Manuel Almunia but despite a lack of match practice, the German looked sharp in Saturday's Euro 2008 qualifier.

Low said: "His performance was not at all surprising to me because we know that Jens can find his concentration right when he needs it.

"He can also call up such a performance even when he has not played for a long time."
