16 July 2007
Mr McIntosh, 36, transformed his neighbour David Tait's garden into a fully playable 10-hole golf course, complete with a tee, greens, flags and even bunkers.

The golf garden is a 10-hole course
"We're both very keen gardeners," Mr McIntosh said.
"We were having a drink a few years ago and trying to think of a special project we could design and landscape, when we hit on the idea of the golf garden.
"It was something special that we could enjoy using and as we're just down the road from St Andrew's it seemed approriate!"
While Mr Tait, 39, designed the putters paradise, Mr McIntosh had the driving ambition to put it into practise, sculpting the land and experimenting with different grasses.
"It's a very compact course - 50 metres by 20 metres. There are five holes and you play back on yourself. We set up portable lights and have friends around for an evening game. It's a great night in!" Mr McIntosh said.
"Luckily we aren't surrounded by other houses, so we didn't have to worry in case a golf ball went off course!" he added.
