Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, 39, has lost a three-year battle against extradition with a ruling by the Indian Supreme Court.
Hannah, 17, an A-level student who planned to study medicine at university, was snatched from the street yards from her home in Southampton on March 14, 2003.
Her body was found dumped in undergrowth on the outskirts of the city. She had been strangled.

Maninder Pal Singh Kohli (left) is the prime suspect in the murder of British teenager Hannah Foster
Kohli, who lived in Southampton with his wife and two children, flew to his homeland days later. He was arrested in July 2004 near the Nepal border and charged with murder and rape.
He denies the charges, and fought extradition on the grounds that there was no direct evidence connecting him to the crime.
The deportation, which follows more than 100 court appearances, will be the first time British police have successfully extradited anyone from India.
The victim's parents, Trevor and Hilary Foster, who have travelled to India three times to assist in the extradition proceedings, said they were "delighted" with the development.
