Judge orders £400m divorce wife to be evicted

Michelle Young was served with an eviction notice for non-payment of rent and breaking a tenancy agreement on the Regent's Park townhouse where she lives with her two daughters.
Mrs Young, 45, a former model, is also currently involved in a High Court divorce battle with her husband Scott Young who she accuses of pretending to have lost his fortune to avoid paying her the £48,000-a-month maintenance she is seeking.
The hearing at Central London County Court found in favour of the owners of the property named only in court as the Bollands.
Mr Bolland who is a banker with Morgan Stanley in New York who applied for the eviction order after receiving no rent on the property from 21 July 2009 onwards. Mrs Young is £24,220 in arrears.
Mrs Young has claimed that the Bollands were not the real owners of the property and that it was in fact owned by her husband through a Trust.
However, Judge Gilchrist found that the question of "beneficial" ownership did not affect the dispute between landlord and tenant.
The judge is due to rule on whether Mrs Young and her two daughters Sasha, 14, and Scarlet, 17, will be forced to vacate the property in four weeks or if they will be granted six weeks to find alternative accommodation.
