Lessons for kerb crawlers instead of court

Men caught kerb crawling are to be sent on courses to change their behaviour.

Offenders in Tower Hamlets classed as low-level and who admitted soliciting prostitutes for sex have been given the choice of being given a caution and paying £200 to go on the course or being charged and making a public appearance in court.

The Change Course classes aim to examine the effect of the men's behaviour on their wives and girlfriends, and on women working in the sex industry.
