David Piper, 58, is selling his title as Lord of the Manor of Warleigh as well as the six-acre farm in Devon that forms the estate, two Bentleys, a collection of paintings and two other properties.
He is offering the package as a single lot - listed as "used" - on the internet auction site and hopes to get £4 million, from a starting bid of £100. So far the top bid is £1,105.51.
Mr Piper's auction listing states that he has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
The twice-divorced father-of-four says he is giving up his lifestyle to be near his children in London, where he is being treated at University College Hospital.
He became notorious five years ago when he advertised in the International Herald Tribune as a "lord" seeking a "lady" for his manor. Thousands replied and he says he is willing to introduce the successful eBay buyer to the suitors.
Mr Piper had a catastrophic relationship with American Rosauri Capelleri, 32. The romance lasted only days before she fled Warleigh House, a rundown stately home near Plymouth, which was later sold.
