Police today released CCTV pictures of a man wanted over an unprovoked attack on a bus passenger.

The victim, 54, was waiting to get off the bus in Notting Hill when he was repeatedly punched and kicked.

The assault continued on the pavement. The man is still in hospital.

His attacker, aged 19-21, boarded the No 31 at Chepstow Corner on 24 November.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "This happened in daylight and left the victim with a serious eye injury."
