Play halted again at Wimbledon as a duck and her ducklings invade the court

Play was halted at Wimbledon today, however this time it wasn't due to rain, a duck and her ducklings caused the delay.

The group waddled across court 5 a few minutes before play.

Fortunately a steward was on hand to shoo the birds way before the match could begin.

The Wimbledon Championships have been dogged by rain this year with many games abandoned or halted due to the temperamental weather.

The ducks are sent flying

Britain's last-standing Wimbledon competitor was knocked out yesterday after a naibiting match with Spaniard Feliciano Lopez.
