Over cocktails and champagne, the Princes will make an unprecedented personal appeal for funds for the Help for Heroes appeal, backed by The Mail on Sunday.
The pair, both serving Army officers, will be joined by celebrities including James Blunt, Jeremy Clarkson, Anneka Rice and former SAS soldier-turned-author Andy McNab.
The event, which takes place on May 7 at a secret location in the City of London, possibly the Guildhall, will even feature a marching band and a military display.

Appeal: William and Harry, pictured at their Wembley tribute show last year to mark the 10th anniversary of their mother's death, now plan a party for 200 guests to help wounded soldiers
The 200-plus guests will include the head of the Army, General Sir Richard Dannatt.
Last year the Princes raised £1.2million for eight charities by organising the Concert for Diana.
Help for Heroes aims to raise £7million to improve facilities at the Military Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court, Surrey.
A source personally close to the Princes said: "The cause – helping injured soldiers – is of huge importance to both of them, in particular Harry who has now seen first-hand what goes on in Afghanistan."
Shortly after flying home from his ten weeks on the front line, Harry revealed: "There were two injured guys who came back on the plane with us who were essentially comatose the whole way.
"I wouldn't say I was a hero. Those are the heroes."
