Princes William and Harry set up their own private offices

The move, which will be officially announced later this month, reflects their desire for more independence in managing their royal roles, palace insiders said.
Until recently the brothers' duties were looked after by Prince Charles's office, Clarence House.
But in October the staff of William and Harry moved into their own rooms in St James's Palace and began reporting directly to the princes for the first time.
The brothers will start using their own headed notepaper shortly, incorporating their own crests.
William, 26, and Harry, 24, appointed their first dedicated spokesman in September and have had a private secretary for several years - Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, a former SAS officer.
The princes' team also includes their press secretary Miguel Head. There are no plans for the princes to recruit more staff to their team at present, aides said, but that may change as their royal roles expand.
Both princes are currently in the military training to be helicopter pilots. William is to serve seven years working in the RAF's search and rescue arm, after spending time with the Household Cavalry and the Royal Navy.
One courtier said: "William and Harry are now young men, not boys and they want to have control of their roles. They are also taking on ever more duties and patronages and having a dedicated team has become more important."
William and Harry still rely on money from their father to finance their duties and the Duchy of Cornwall is funding their new office.
The relocation is a practical decision as the new premises are larger, but it also represents a move away from Charles's influence.
A senior palace aide described the move as a "symbolic step reflecting their increased independence".
