Race attack victim's suicide threat over C4 film 'insult'

Noel Martin, 50, crashed his car when far-Right skinheads hurled a concrete block at his windscreen in Berlin.
The building firm boss was left quadriplegic after the attack 13 years ago.
The documentary is billed as an "extraordinary portrait" of Mr Martin, who became the first black owner of a winning horse at Royal Ascot.
But Mr Martin, who claims the director reneged on an agreement that he would have final say on material to be included, is suing Channel 4.
Mr Martin, of Birmingham, says the film gives a false impression that he abuses his carers and paints an "unrealistically rosy" impression of his life.
He is seeking a High Court injunction tomorrow for breach of confidence and privacy to prevent the film's broadcast.
Channel 4 denies Mr Martin's allegations and is contesting his court bid for an injunction.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman said: "While Channel 4 always retains editorial control as a matter of policy, and Mr Martin consented to filming on this basis, the channel has no plans to broadcast the film at the present time."
