Superintendent Julia Wortley is said to have had a relationship with Todd when they worked together for Scotland Yard
The full extent of Chief Constable Michael Todd's tangled love life was laid bare today as it emerged he had a relationship with a another officer as well as a three-year affair with a high-flying business woman.
Mr Todd, the married Greater Manchester police chief whose body was found on a Welsh mountain, had also made advances towards a string of other women.
The third woman in his life, Julia Wortley, 43, had a relationship with 'Hot Toddy', as he was nicknamed by colleagues, when they both worked for Scotland Yard.
He had temporarily split from his wife and after the relationship ended, Ms Wortley married.
Angie Robinson, 50, chief executive of Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, has been disclosed as the woman with whom Mr Todd had a three-year affair. Her husband, John, 52, is battling bowel cancer at the same time as trying to save his 30-year marriage.

Since then, the father-of-three is said to have made advances towards former model Laura Nagulapalli, 41, who was a Pc in Manchester, and journalist Andrea Perry.
A woman officer raised the alarm about Mr Todd after she received a "distressing" text from him.
The officer, who serves in London, was so upset she immediately informed Greater Manchester Police.
Mr Todd's body was found on Tuesday, 300 foot from the summit of Mount Snowdon with a half-empty bottle of gin. It is believed he committed suicide.
Last night, the widow of Michael Todd spoke of her love for the cheating Chief Constable.
Grief-stricken Carolyn Todd paid tribute to her husband as an inquest heard that he had not jumped to his death or taken an overdose during a tormented walk up a mountain on Monday.
"Michael was a caring and loving father and husband," Mrs Todd said in statement. "He was immensely proud of his kids.

"He worked away from home on the second most important thing in his life, his job, returning to us at the weekend and for family holidays. The family recently returned from a holiday in Jamaica.
"I loved Michael very much and the last time I spoke to him he told me he loved me too. We have been married for 27 years and eight months."
Mrs Todd, 47, their daughter Catherine, 16, and twin sons David and Matthew, 13, are being looked after by police colleagues of Mr Todd.
Her statement added: "The whole family is struggling to come to terms with his death."

According to sources, Mr Robinson has advanced bowel cancer and has been in a state of fury since discovering his wife's double life.
Last Thursday, he allegedly drove 70 miles from Congleton to knock on the door of the Todd family home near Newark, Nottinghamshire, and tell Mrs Todd about her husband's relationship with his wife.
A colleague of Mr Robinson at estate agent Whittaker & Biggs said he had not been at work since Monday.
Partner Derek Torr, 66, said: "I saw him at a partners' meeting on Monday evening and he seemed his usual self. But he hasn't been to work since and he isn't answering calls on his mobile."

Rescuers found him slumped facedown on a snow-covered slope with the bottle by his side on Tuesday evening. Contrary to early reports, no suicide letters had been found.
The inquest opened yesterday and heard that Mr Todd - who has been linked to a string of women including serving police officers - was twice the drink drive limit when he died.
Initial tests also revealed he had not taken an overdose of pills or drugs, or jumped from a cliff.
Although an exact cause of death cannot be ascertained without further tests, the hearing in Anglesey was told his body did show signs of exposure.

A theory being examined is that he stumbled after drinking and froze to death.
Pathologist Anthony Caslin, who carried out the post-mortem examination, was called to give evidence at an early stage to allay suspicions about the way the officer died.
Mr Caslin said: "There is no evidence that this man had fallen from a height or sustained any significant injury."
