Robbo back in business

Tottenham keeper Radek Cerny admitted today he is preparing himself for Carling Cup Final heartbreak after watching Paul Robinson star on his return to the first team.

Robinson made a number of good saves (including the one pictured following a free-kick from Milan Ivana) in his first game for seven weeks to help Spurs secure a 1-1 draw against Slavia Prague and win 3-2 on aggregate to reach the last 16 of the UEFA Cup.

The Czech, dropped after his howler in the first leg, admits he will be upset to miss out on playing against Chelsea at Wembley. "All players feel disappointed when they are left out and I am no different," he said. "Football can be like this and I just have to accept it."

"Paul made lots of good saves. I don't know if I will play now, we will see. I would love to be out there but the most important thing is that Spurs win, and I will still get to be at Wembley for the first time."

Pascal Chimbonda may also miss the Final after limping off with a knee problem last night.
