Family members have released an emotional tribute to the victims.
Kesha, a talented performer who had appeared on ITV1 show Young Stars In Their Eyes in 2004 as R&B singer Toni Braxton, was described as a 'bright, giddy teenager who lit up the room when she walked in'.
The 18-year-old was waiting to take up a law course at university and dreamed of becoming a barrister or a judge.
The family statement said: "She had hundreds of friends and made an impact on everyone who met her. Everyone was so proud when she got a place at university."
Greater Manchester Police said Williams called them in the early hours of yesterday morning. Officers were sent to his home to arrest him.
Williams formerly lived in a rented terraced property in Moss Side, Manchester. A local said: "He and Bev split up some time ago and as far as anyone knew, he was right off the scene."
The beaten bodies of Kesha, her mother and 13-year-old brother were found by a member of the public at the family's terraced home in Thelwall Avenue, Fallowfield, at about 7pm on Thursday.
