Teachers get warning over Facebook chat

TWO primary school teachers who branded a pupil and her mother "chavs" on Facebook, have escaped being sacked.

Katie Moakler, 25, wrote on Hannah Weiss's wall: "When is it half term??? I am going insane. I feel sick, bloody chav mothers."

Ms Weiss, 24, replied: "Well, we do work in chav central!" The pair went on to discuss their mutual dislike of eight-year-old Chevonne Ivors and her mother.

But the couple, who work at Sulivan Primary School in Peterborough Road, Fulham, were let off with just a warning after Mrs Ivors complained.

Today Mrs Ivors, who has taken Chevonne out of the school, said: "They should not be allowed to teach ever again."
