Jane Elias: Assistant director of children's services for Haringey NHS Trust, which funded the clinic. Health manager who trained as a speech therapist. Last year Great Ormond Street took over the clinic fully and Ms Elias moved to work for them. She is still responsible for the clinic but has now been promoted.

Dr Sethu Wariyar: Consultant at the clinic to 2006. Resigned shortly after writing letter and now works for NHS trust in northern England.

Dr Haitham El-Basheer: Consultant at the clinic to 2006. Resigned shortly after writing letter and now works in Middle East.

Dr Kim Holt: Consultant at the clinic. Removed from her work after writing letter on charges that she was "unwell". Remains on leave on full pay.

Dr Sukanta Banerjee: Consultant at the clinic. Went long-term sick after writing letter and has only recently returned to work.
