Wenger says the Arsenal way is a path to success

Wenger believes the three-year gap until the next World Cup gives England's successor to Steve McClaren time to hone a style of play that can match his own swashbuckling side.
"I think, yes England can [play the Arsenal way]," said table-topping manager. "I feel the next man will have one advantage - he will have time because he has no competition next year.
"For me, now it can become an interesting job, because you can really convince everybody if you have a clear vision what you want to do, where you want to go."
Wenger recognises the unique nature of the England manager's job but does not think it is an impossible one.
"I don't believe it's the hardest job in football," he said. "Pressure-wise certainly, when you play the games, it's the hardest because it means so much for everybody here.
"But I don't think it's an impossible job because you have world-class players."
The Arsenal manager has been criticised for relying on foreigners - Theo Walcott was the only Englishman in the starting line-up for Saturday's 2-0 win over Wigan - but does not accept that they block the next generation of English stars.
Wenger said: "No. I feel English football is good and the fact that they (Arsenal youngsters) are exposed to higher competition they can use that in a positive way.
"For example, I feel our Under-17s now, they will have the technical quality to compete with the Arsenal players, but you need a little bit of patience."
Meanwhile, Lassana Diarra has spoken of his frustration at his struggle to get a game.
The French midfielder won his first league start against Wigan but is expected to make way for Cesc Fabregas for tomorrow's Champions League visit to Sevilla.
"I am hungry to play as I have been left a bit frustrated but I am not bitter or angry," said Diarra. "It's true that I would like to play more because every player would like to play every game."
