Win a trip to Tanzania and tickets to the Adventure Travel Show

Now in its 13th year, The Daily Telegraph Adventure Travel Show (25-27 January) provides both experienced and novice explorers with inspiration and advice, with more than 100 free talks including expert knowledge on remote locations, real-life experiences and advice from travel companies, tour operators and equipment manufacturers.

So whether you've dreamt about trekking in Tanzania, conservation work in Africa, hand-gliding in the Himalayas or you just fancy a holiday with a difference, you'll find all the advice you need here.

The Daily Telegraph Adventure Travel Show has teamed up with Travel Africa magazine (www.travelafricamag.com, visit stand 625), Kenya Airways (www.kenyaairways.com) and Intrepid Guerba (www.guerba.co.uk, visit stand 300) to offer one lucky Evening Standard reader and a friend the chance to win a week's safari through Tanzania's Serengeti National Park.

The trip includes travel by overland truck with the chance to see wildlife such as lion, wildebeest, cheetah and elephant.

The prize includes two places on Intrepid Guerba's Serengeti Trail, including camping full-board and return flights from Heathrow to Nairobi with Kenya Airways.

Fifty runners-up get a pair of tickets to the Adventure Travel Show (0870 112 9133, www.adventure show.co.uk), at the Islington Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, N1.

To enter, send an email with your name, address and daytime phone number to arrive by Wednesday 24 January 2008 to: eveningstandard@eme-uk.com.
