Boy in court over indecent assault

Rosemary Pagett, 75, was molested at her home in Mulberry Place, in the village of Ryhill, near Wakefield, on July 3.
Immediately after the attack Ms Pagett, who lived alone, developed breathing difficulties.
She was taken to Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield, where she died on Friday, July 13.
Medical tests are being carried out to try to establish if the incident was the ultimate cause of her death.
The teenager appeared before Wakefield Magistrates' Court, where he was remanded into the care of the local authority.
The boy, who wore jeans and a jumper, faced a charge of sexual touching of a female without penetration.
He spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth.
Magistrates imposed an order banning him from being identified because of his age.
He will appear before Wakefield Youth Court on Wednesday, July 25.
