Couple in hospital after shooting

A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the shooting outside an address in Bluestone Heath Road, South Ormsby, Lincolnshire.
Both victims suffered shot gun injuries, Lincolnshire Police said.
The 41-year-old man, from Louth, Lincolnshire, sustained wounds to his face and was operated on at Boston's Pilgrim Hospital.
He was later taken to the hospital's intensive therapy unit where his condition was described as critical but stable.
The woman, aged 42, was treated at the same hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
Officers seized a vehicle and a firearm from a farm in the nearby Brinkhill area. A second vehicle was recovered from a field in the South Ormsby area and is believed to be connected to the incident.
A police spokeswoman said: "A local man sustained serious injuries to his face and was taken to Boston's Pilgrim Hospital. A woman was taken to Boston's Pilgrim Hospital where she is being treated for non life-threatening injuries. A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on land in the Brinkhill area."
The man, from the Alford area of Lincolnshire, was taken to Skegness police station where he is being questioned by detectives.
The address in Bluestone Heath Road was cordoned off while forensic examinations took place.
