Dulcibella King-Hall will tackle the legendary Brands Hatch circuit in Kent in one of its new fleet of BMW M3s to celebrate her 107th birthday on Saturday.
Miss King-Hall, who will complete her circuit as a passenger, will be the first member of the public to experience the track's new BMW M3s, capable of reaching 0-62mph in 4.8 seconds.
Born in Devon in 1902, Miss King-Hall has lived in Tunbridge Wells since 1983 and currently resides at Halliwell Nursing Home in Kingswood Road, a fully owned subsidiary of the charity, Elizabeth Finn Care.
Lena Akers, social events co-ordinator at Halliwell said: "Cars are an abiding passion of Dulcibella's. During the Second World War she tested a wide variety of vehicles commandeered from civilian use.
"Her love of speed has her constantly asking our mini bus driver 'to go a little faster, please'."
She added: "It's always been my pleasure to grant residents' wishes. This won't be the first time we've been able to do that for Dulcibella.
"The last few years have seen her driven in some style in Rolls Royce limousines and Porsches; cars that conform to her liking for vehicles that have 'sufficient go' in them."
Ms Akers added: "As an experienced tester from the war years, this event sees Dulcibella go full circle in more ways than one.
"What she's really after this time is a chance to go that bit faster than ever before, 100mph or more. She won't be happy with anything less."
