Samantha Madgin, 18, was stabbed to death shortly before midnight last Thursday after an argument between two groups of people in Wallsend, North Tyneside.
Northumbria Police said a 15-year-old girl from Newcastle had been charged with murder and two men had been charged with affray in connection with the incident.
The two men charged with affray were Terry Davidson, 18, of Saint Oswald Avenue, Walker, Tyneside, and David Kerr, 35, of Albert Avenue, Walker.
All three will appear at North Tyneside Magistrates' Court.
Ms Madgin, who died from multiple stab wounds, had given birth to her first child, son Callum, just 10 weeks ago.
Her father Stanley runs a local pub and bed and breakfast, the Dorset Arms Hotel, around half a mile from the stabbing scene.
A family friend described the victim as "well-mannered", "attractive" and a "pleasure to know".
