Goody is recovering in hospital following surgery to relieve pain in her bowel, as Tweed, 21, was convicted of assaulting a taxi driver, an allegation he denied.
Tania Panagiotopoulou, speaking for Tweed at Epping Magistrates Court, told how Tweed has been caring for Goody and said: "She (Goody) has been given less than four weeks to live."
Goody's friend and publicist Max Clifford later said that while the situation was very bad in terms of her terminal cancer, "none of us know" exactly how long Goody would survive for.
He said that Goody was going to be disappointed at the court's verdict on Tweed, but said he did not want to comment further about the case.
The 27-year-old reality TV star was operated on on Monday night after being plagued with crippling stomach pains.
She had surgery at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London following tests on Monday and was transferred to the Royal Marsden Hospital at around midday.
She emerged from an ambulance in a wheelchair and was taken inside.
Goody's mother, Jackiey Budden, left the Royal Marsden Hospital shortly before 3.30pm. She made no comment to reporters before leaving in a taxi.
