The £18 million monster Lotto prize - only the fourth Lotto triple rollover in the Lottery's 13-year history - must be won.
If no single player hits it big by getting all six main numbers, the cash will be shared out between winners in the next prize level.
UK Lottery operator Camelot expects ticket sales to reach three million an hour rate at their highest point on Saturday.
Friday saw sales of both EuroMillions and Lotto tickets hit two million per hour at peak trading.
A sales upturn boosted Friday night's EuroMillions jackpot, according to Camelot.
The total maximum prize for both draws was boosted to £74 million.
A Camelot spokesman on Friday described the boost the draws had had on each other.
"There is a halo effect going on where interest in both draws is pushing them up," he said.
One lucky ticketholder from Spain scooped the jackpot of £56 million for matching all five numbers and the two lucky stars.
