Man arrested over PM threat charged

Krenar Lusha, 29, of Moore Street, Derby, is charged with five offences, including one of possessing 4kg of Potassium Nitrate, Greater Manchester Police said.
Lusha was arrested on August 26 in Derby. He will appear before Westminster Magistrates Court in London.
He is charged with two counts of collecting or making a record containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, namely a computer containing instructional videos on how to make explosive substances.

Lusha is also charged with possessing 8.8lb (4kg) of potassium nitrate in circumstances which give rise to a reasonable suspicion that his possession was for a purpose connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism.
Lusha is one of five people arrested in the last four weeks in connection with alleged threats to kill the Prime Minister.
Muhammad Ali Mumtaz Ahmad, 24, from Blackburn, Lancashire, is accused of possessing terrorist material such as camouflage clothes and plans for "urban combat". The white father-of-one works in Boots and is due to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
Ishaq Kanmi, 22, and brothers Ilyas and Abbas Iqbal, who are also from Blackburn, were remanded into custody at the same court. Kanmi is charged with soliciting murder and being a member of al Qaida.
Ilyas Iqbal, 21, is accused of owning terrorist material and researching terror. Abbas Iqbal, 23, is charged with owning terrorist material and spreading terrorist literature.
