More flood warnings as rain returns

Forecasters are predicting steady rain on Thursday with some localised downpours and thunder storms.
And Friday promises to bring more of the same.
The Environment Agency said despite drier weather on Wednesday, the ground remained saturated in some areas. The agency has urged people to remain vigilant.
On Thursday morning some 68 flood warnings were in place, and defences have been installed in high-risk areas including many that were left underwater after floods last summer.
Nikki Berry, a senior forecaster for MeteoGroup, the weather division of the Press Association, said: "Although it was drier on Wednesday, for many the rain will return today.
"In some parts there will be very heavy downpours and thunder. This could happen anywhere in England and Wales.
"The rivers are so high that any extra rain will certainly add to the problem - and Friday, Saturday and Sunday are expected to be wet as well.
"On Friday evening we are also forecasting 75mph gusts in parts of Scotland.
"It is going to be very mild for January though. Over the weekend temperatures could reach 14C in parts of southern England."
