Mr Obama's British trip culminates on April 2 in the crucial economic summit attended by the G20 group of leading nations, but will also include an audience with the Queen at Buckingham Palace, according to the Daily Telegraph.
It is being described in diplomatic circles as a "getting to know you" session for the two heads of state, the paper said. No-one from Buckingham Palace was available to comment.
President Obama's UK visit, which starts on March 31, will be his first to Europe since being inaugurated in January.
After the G20 summit, Mr and Mrs Obama will fly to France for a series of Nato-themed events.
Mr Obama will also have bilateral meetings with French president Nicolas Sarkozy and German chancellor Angela Merkel.
The Obamas will end their trip in the Czech Republic, where the president will meet Czech officials and leaders of European Union states.
