Parents in apology to Coleen Rooney

Hamish and Dana Thompson spoke out after claims that their daughter Jennifer, 21, regularly slept with the Manchester United and England star while his wife Coleen was pregnant.
Mr and Mrs Thompson issued a statement, saying: "Following the various newspaper articles concerning our daughter Jennifer, we would like to offer our most sincere apologies to Coleen Rooney and her family.
"This may sound somewhat hollow, but my wife and I would never condone what has or may have happened.
"We had absolutely no idea about any of the allegations and claims that have been made."
Miss Thompson is said to have met the striker - who scored in England's 3-1 victory over Switzerland on Tuesday night - at Manchester's five-star Lowry Hotel for sex.
She also spent time with him at Manchester's 235 Casino, she has said.
Coleen, 24, was pregnant with their son Kai at the time. She is now at her parents' home in Huyton, Liverpool, as she assesses what to do.
Rooney remains inside his mansion in Prestbury, Cheshire, after returning in the early hours of Wednesday from the European Championship qualifier in Basel.
Mr and Mrs Thompson went on: "The last few days have been extremely trying for us and our family. Jennifer is our daughter and we love her and we will deal with this matter as a family, not via the media. Following this statement, we will not discuss the current situation further."
