Pharmacy raided in Jackson inquiry

Agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration searched Mickey Fine Pharmacy & Grill in Los Angeles for evidence of improper dispensing of controlled substances, according to the agency's spokesman Jose Martinez.
In 2007 the drug store sued Jackson over an alleged 100,000 dollars owed for prescription drugs.
The matter was quickly resolved with the singer's then-spokeswoman saying that it was due to the administration of the singer's finances.
Federal agents last week searched a pharmacy in Las Vegas connected to Jackson's physician, Dr Conrad Murray.
Over the past month, a number of Dr Murray's offices and his home have also been searched.
Dr Murray has not been named as a suspect but court records identified him as the subject of a manslaughter investigation.
It has emerged that Jackson would not be buried on what would have been his 51st birthday as originally planned.
It was thought that the late King of Pop was due to be interred on August 29 during a private ceremony at the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angeles.
But in a brief Jackson family statement it was announced that the date had been put back to September 3. No reason was given for the changed arrangements. The statement added that the ceremony would be limited to family and close friends.
